3T - Triple Threat

• Fun and active doubles game program with music that covers attack, defense, net play and overhead smashes

• 2.5/3.0 level: Mondays 6:30pm-7:30pm, Wednesdays 2pm-3pm, Fridays 6pm-7pm

• 3.5/4.0 & 4.5+ level: Fridays 7pm-8pm

• Cost: $90 + gst (5 weeks)

F.A.S.T.  (Fun Adult Starter Tennis)

• Beginner program designed for starter players to learn or have just learned the fundamentals of tennis, including how to serve, rally, and score, with adjusted court sizes and the use of progressive tennis balls.

• Improve your technique and rally skills through a variety of cooperative and feeding drills
