Hoping to improve your skills for junior/adult competition in singles/doubles/triple threat?

Join the NDTA indoor programs with 1 coach to 6 players ratio that specialize in providing the best technical training in the province, and play on a softer surface to allow less impact on the muscles and joints! 

 Lessons take place at the Valour Community Centre (on Telfer)

• Learn to/improve serve, rally, and volley  through specially designed drills using special equipment like softer balls for quick technical development

• Improve your rally, volley, and serve skills through repetition and NDTA-designed drills for better technical development. Become more consistent and improve placement through multitude of fun exercises!

 3T (Triple Threat) DRILLS   

• Playing in Triple Threat doubles game over the Winter? Get more consistent and improve your tactics and placement through a multitude of groundstroke, volley/smash, and even serve drills
